"We are a mess! We are failures! And we love it!" Declares Nottingham’s Dog is Dead on 'Glockenspiel Song'. Formed in 2008 to rapturous local applause, the band have since gone on to national acclaim, enjoying rotation on Radio 1’s Huw Stephen’s play list ("I defy you not to like this band," Stephens once announced), as well as touring spots with the likes of Mumford and Sons and OK GO. Oh, and for fans of Channel 4's neon-angst ridden adolescent drama, Skins, Dog is Dead's E-Street Band-meets-Foals sound also featured in the recent series finale, too.
