It's been quite a year for London three-piece Golden Silvers. After winning the prestigious Glastonbury New Talent competition in 2008 they were promptly snapped up by XL recordings, joining a mightily impressive roster that includes Radiohead, The White Stripes, Basement Jaxx and Vampire Weekend. Combining elements of Britpop, electro, doo-wop, psychadelia, folk, and plenty more besides, their debut album 'True Romance' was released in the spring to a flurry of critical acclaim. Having performed live on Jools Holland's BBC show, played a killer set at the Camden Crawl and recorded an exclusive Ray-Ban Balcony Session in May, Golden Silvers are now set to hit the festival circuit, starting with a return to Glastonbury on June 26th.
