Ray-Ban Rooms meets Black Cab Sessions
For the second year running Ray-Ban teamed up with the Black Cab Sessions. Bringing you exclusive performances from the best up and coming artists, live and direct from the backseat of a hackney carriage.
So we hailed the cab and set off for the Secret Garden Party (22nd-25th July, 2010), ‘for hire’ light ablaze, looking for the freshest talent to perform exclusively for your enjoyment.
You’ll never guess who we had in the back of our cab this year... That lovely Eliza Doolittle, along with French pair John and Jehn, French sounding Brooklynites Savoir Adore, NYC busker-done-good Marques Toliver and finally the sound of the, er... summer; Summer Camp.
Taxi! Next stop Summer Sundae festival (13th - 15th August, 2010)...
On her debut album, to be released this June, Eliza marries breezily beautiful melodies and witty, erudite lyrics with a delightfully off-kilter twist and a knack for a killer hook.
Ray-Ban Sunglasses
